Ganz einfach: normales Foto mit deinem Handy, an deine Bonvio-Adresse mailen — fertig. Wir lesen Datum, Händler, Betrag und USt automatisch aus und schicken dir eine Bestätigung zurück. Optional: Hashtag im Betreff für Kategorie (#brille), Projekt oder Zahlungsart.
Schreib einfach EXPORT brille oder EXPORT Q1 2026 an deine Bonvio-Adresse. Du bekommst einen sicheren Download-Link mit allen passenden Belegen und einer sauberen CSV-Übersicht.
Ja — beides funktioniert direkt per E-Mail, ohne Anhang. #km 47 ergibt 47 × € 0,50 = € 23,50 amtliches Kilometergeld. #diät 09:00-17:30 ergibt € 22,50 nach § 26 Z 4 EStG. Wird ein Mittag- oder Abendessen gestellt, mindert das die Pauschale um € 15 pro Mahlzeit. Beide erscheinen automatisch im EXPORT.
Kein Problem. Sende das Foto und ergänze im Betreff oder Text z. B. Abzug: 50%, Mit: Max Mustermann, Anlass: Projektbesprechung. Bonvio rechnet den absetzbaren Netto-Betrag, lässt die Vorsteuer unberührt und schreibt Teilnehmer und Anlass in den Export.
Jede Bestätigung zeigt dir, was Bonvio gelesen hat. Stimmt etwas nicht, tippst du auf Korrigieren: du bekommst ein vorausgefülltes Formular und überschreibst nur den falschen Wert. Oder du antwortest einfach frei. Das Originalfoto bleibt unverändert gespeichert — korrigiert werden nur die ausgelesenen Werte.
Alle Belege werden verschlüsselt auf Servern in Deutschland gespeichert. Keine Werbung, kein Tracking, keine Weitergabe an Dritte. DSGVO-konform und 10 Jahre archiviert.
Du bist jederzeit Herr über deine Daten. Schick EXPORT an deine Bonvio-Adresse und du bekommst einen frischen, sicheren Download-Link mit allen Belegen — so oft du willst. Und sollten wir den Dienst je einstellen, verpflichten wir uns in unseren AGB zu mindestens 90 Tagen Vorlaufzeit — mit garantiertem Export-Fenster und anteiliger Rückerstattung.
Bonvio ist eine Jahresmitgliedschaft — € 39,99 für 12 Monate. Willst du später nicht weitermachen, bestellst du die automatische Verlängerung ab — entweder im Kundenportal oder mit einer kurzen E-Mail an hello@bonvio.eu. Beides genügt; eine Bestätigung kommt innerhalb von 5 Werktagen.

No. You use your normal email app — Apple Mail, Gmail, Outlook, anything. Bonvio is just an address you send photos to. No download, no login, no update.
Simple: take a normal photo with your phone, email it to your Bonvio address — done. We extract date, merchant, amount and VAT automatically and send a confirmation back. Optional: add a hashtag in the subject for category (#glasses), project or payment method.
Just write EXPORT glasses or EXPORT Q1 2026 to your Bonvio address. You get a secure download link with all matching receipts and a clean CSV.
Yes — both work by email with no attachment. #km 47 gives 47 × € 0.50 = € 23.50 at the official Austrian rate. #diät 09:00-17:30 gives € 22.50 under § 26 Z 4 EStG. If a lunch or dinner is provided, that cuts the allowance by € 15 per meal. Both appear automatically in your EXPORT.
No problem. Send the photo and add in the subject or body e.g. Deduction: 50%, With: Max Mustermann, Purpose: project meeting. Bonvio works out the deductible net amount, leaves the input VAT untouched and writes participants and purpose into your export.
Every confirmation shows you what Bonvio read. If something’s off, tap Correct: you get a pre-filled form and overwrite just the wrong value. Or simply reply in your own words. The original photo stays stored unchanged — only the extracted values are corrected.
All receipts are encrypted on servers in Germany. No ads, no tracking, no sharing with third parties. GDPR-compliant and retained for 10 years.
You are always in control. Send EXPORT to your Bonvio address and you get a fresh, secure download link with all your receipts — as often as you like. And should we ever discontinue the service, our Terms commit us to at least 90 days’ notice — with a guaranteed export window and a pro-rata refund.
Bonvio is an annual membership — € 39.99 for 12 months. If you don’t want to continue, cancel the auto-renewal either in the customer portal or with a short email to hello@bonvio.eu. Either is enough; you get a confirmation within 5 business days.
