Nein. Du nutzt deine ganz normale E-Mail-App — egal ob Apple Mail, Gmail, Outlook oder ein anderes Programm. Bonvio ist einfach eine Adresse, an die du Fotos sendest. Kein Download, kein Login, kein Update.
Ganz einfach: normales Foto mit deinem Handy, an deine Bonvio-Adresse mailen — fertig. Du musst dir über Dateiformate keine Gedanken machen, die Kamera-App deines Telefons reicht. Wir lesen Datum, Händler, Betrag und MwSt automatisch aus und schicken dir eine Bestätigung zurück. Optional: Hashtag im Betreff für alles, was dir wichtig ist — Kategorie (#brille), Projekt (#renovierung) oder Zahlungsart (#bar, #firmenkarte).
Schreib einfach EXPORT brille oder EXPORT Q1 2026 an deine Bonvio-Adresse. Du bekommst einen ZIP mit allen passenden Belegen und eine saubere CSV-Übersicht direkt ins Postfach — sortiert nach Zeitraum, Kategorie oder Händler.
Für den Alltag: nein, kein Limit. Im Hintergrund liegt eine sanfte Grenze bei rund 3.000 Belegen im Jahr — mehr als Privatpersonen, Selbstständige oder kleine Unternehmen normalerweise haben. Sollte es bei dir doch mehr werden, melden wir uns persönlich. Keine automatischen Upgrades, keine Überraschung auf der Rechnung.
Du bekommst alle deine Belege als ein fertiges Paket ins Postfach — die Fotos und eine Übersicht, sortiert und bereit für den Steuerberater. Einfach die E-Mail weiterleiten.
Alle Belege werden verschlüsselt auf EU-Servern in Frankfurt gespeichert. Keine Werbung, kein Tracking, keine Weitergabe an Dritte — DSGVO-konform und gemäß §132 BAO / §147 AO 10 Jahre archiviert.
Ja. Bonvio erkennt Belege in Deutsch, Englisch und vielen weiteren Sprachen — auch CEE-Sprachen wie Polnisch, Tschechisch, Ungarisch, Slowakisch, Slowenisch, Kroatisch und Rumänisch sind kein Problem. Der Originalbeleg wird so gespeichert, wie du ihn gesendet hast.
Ja — beides funktioniert heute, direkt per E-Mail. Schick einfach eine E-Mail ohne Anhang an deine Bonvio-Adresse:

Kilometergeld: Betreff #km 47 — Bonvio berechnet 47 × € 0,42 = € 19,74 österreichischer Kilometersatz §10 EStG AT und speichert den Eintrag automatisch.

Tagespauschale: Betreff #diät 8 oder #diät 09:00-17:30 — Bonvio ermittelt die Pauschale nach §26 Z 4 EStG (< 3h = € 0 | 3–12h = € 13,20 | > 12h = € 26,40) und bestätigt per E-Mail.

Beide Einträge erscheinen automatisch im EXPORT für deinen Steuerberater.
Du bist jederzeit der Herr über deine Daten. Über deinen persönlichen Export-Link kannst du jederzeit ein vollständiges ZIP herunterladen — Originalfotos in Standardformaten, die jede Behörde und jeder Steuerberater akzeptiert. Du bist nie von Bonvio abhängig, um deine Belege vorzeigen zu können.

Zusätzlich verpflichten wir uns in unseren AGB zu einer Vorankündigungsfrist von mindestens 90 Tagen bei jeder wesentlichen Änderung des Dienstes — mit garantiertem Export-Fenster und anteiliger Rückerstattung. Kein böses Erwachen.

Das ist der Gründungspreis: Ab Januar 2027 kostet Bonvio € 49,99, aber wer jetzt startet, zahlt für immer € 39,99 — auch in den Folgejahren. No. You use the email app you already have — Apple Mail, Gmail, Outlook, anything. Bonvio is just an address you send photos to. Nothing to install, no login, no updates.
Simple: take a normal photo with your phone and email it to your Bonvio address — done. No file format to worry about, your phone's camera app is all you need. We extract date, vendor, total and VAT automatically and send you a confirmation back. Optional: add a hashtag in the subject for anything that matters to you — category (#glasses), project (#renovation) or payment method (#cash, #company).
Just email EXPORT glasses or EXPORT Q1 2026 to your Bonvio address. You'll receive a ZIP with the matching receipts plus a clean CSV overview — sorted by period, category or vendor.
For everyday use: no, no limit. In the background there's a soft cap at around 3,000 receipts a year — more than private people, freelancers or small businesses normally have. If you do go beyond, we'll reach out personally. No automatic upgrades, no surprises on your bill.

Yes. Bonvio reads receipts in German, English and many more languages — including CEE languages like Polish, Czech, Hungarian, Slovak, Slovenian, Croatian and Romanian. The original receipt is stored exactly as you sent it.
Yes — both work today, directly by email. Send an email without an attachment to your Bonvio address:

Mileage (Kilometergeld): subject #km 47 — Bonvio calculates 47 × € 0.42 = € 19.74 Austrian rate §10 EStG AT and stores it automatically.

Per diem (Tagespauschale): subject #diät 8 or #diät 09:00-17:30 — Bonvio applies the flat rate under §26(4) EStG (< 3h = € 0 | 3–12h = € 13.20 | > 12h = € 26.40) and confirms by email.

Both entries appear automatically in your EXPORT for the accountant.
You are always in control of your data. Via your personal export link you can download a complete ZIP at any time — original files in standard formats that any tax authority or accountant will accept. You never need Bonvio to be running in order to show your receipts.

On top of that, our Terms of Service commit us to a minimum 90-day notice period before any material change to the service — with a guaranteed export window and a pro-rata refund. No nasty surprises.
Bonvio is an annual membership — € 39.99 for 12 months. That's the founding price: from January 2027 Bonvio costs € 49.99, but anyone who starts now pays € 39.99 forever — in every following year too. If you later don't want to continue, you cancel the auto-renewal. A short email to your Bonvio address is enough — we'll export or delete your data on request.
